| ePoly courses lead to graduate certificates or advanced degrees.
Graduate certificates help professionals expand their knowledge base and become leaders in emerging fields. Certificates consist of 4-5 graduate level courses (12-15 credits) focused in areas of interest to prospective students. All credits earned in certificate programs are applicable toward a master degree in a related field. Candidates for certificates must apply to the Graduate Program.
In advanced degree programs, most graduate students work toward a master degree - which may lead to a doctoral degree. A master degree requires 10 courses (30 credits), and often has a concentration of electives focused in areas of interest to prospective students. The degree can lead to a career with greater responsibility and better pay than with a baccalaureate degree alone. Candidates for master degrees must apply to the Graduate Program.
Courses may also be taken for professional development or personal enrichment. Non-matriculating students can directly register for up to three ePoly courses (9 credits) without applying to the Graduate Program.
